႐ုရွားက ျမန္မာတြင္ ဘူမိ႐ူပေဗဒ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ စင္တာဖြင့္

႐ုရွားႏိုင္ငံအေျခစိုက္ဘူမိ႐ူပေဗဒဆိုင္ ရာ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈေပးသည့္ ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုျဖစ္ေသာ Dalmorneftegeophysica (DMNG) က ၎၏ငါးခု ေျမာက္႐ံုးခြဲအားရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ဇြန္လ ၁၈ ရက္ေန႔က စတင္ဖြင့္လွစ္ခဲ့သည္။
အမွတ္ ၁၂၇ စိမ္းလဲ့ကန္သာလမ္း၊ ကမာရြတ္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္တြင္ဖြင့္လွစ္လိုက္သည့္ အဆုိပါ႐ံုးခြဲသည္ ကုန္းတြင္းႏွင့္ကမ္းလြန္ေရနံႏွင့္ သဘာ၀ ဓာတ္ေငြ႕စီမံကိန္းမ်ား၏ ဘူမိ႐ူပေဗဒဆိုင္ရာ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ား ရွာေဖြ တြက္ခ်က္ေပးႏိုင္မည့္ စင္တာ တစ္ခုျဖစ္လာသည္။

DMNG ရာႏႈန္းျပည့္ပိုင္ဆိုင္ထားသည့္ စင္တာျဖစ္ၿပီး အျမတ္ခြဲေ၀မႈ အခ်ိဳးအစားအတြက္မူ ၎ႏွင့္လက္တြဲေဆာင္ရြက္ေနေသာ ျမန္မာ ႏုိင္ငံရွိ ပုဂၢလိက လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္သည့္ Myanmar Offshore Co,. Ltd သို႔ ၃၀ရာခိုင္ ႏႈန္းခြဲေ၀သြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
DMNG သည္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံရွိ ေရနံႏွင့္ သဘာ၀ဓာတ္ေငြ႔ စီမံကိန္းမ်ားအတြက္ ၁၀ ႏွစ္ေက်ာ္ၾကာေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ဖူးသည့္ အေတြ႔အႀကံဳရွိၿပီး ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားတြင္ ကုန္းတြင္းႏွင့္ ကမ္းလြန္ဆိုက္စမစ္ အခ်က္အလက္ရွာေဖြထုတ္လုပ္ျခင္း၊ ေရေၾကာင္းဆိုင္ရာ အခ်က္အလက္ ရွာေဖြ ထုတ္လုပ္ျခင္း၊ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာအပါအ၀င္ အျခားေသာ နည္းပညာပံ့ပိုးေပးျခင္း၊ ကြန္ယက္ႏွင့္ပ႐ိုဂရမ္မ်ားအတြက္ အတိုင္ပင္ခံ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားအားလည္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးသည္။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြက္ DMNG ၏ေနာက္ဆံုး ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ေသာ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမွာ ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလတြင္ၿပီးစီးခဲ့ၿပီး PTTEP ေရနံႏွင့္ သဘာ၀ ဓာတ္ေငြ႕ရွာေဖြေရး အတြက္ ျဖစ္သည္။
DMNG ကို ကမၻာတစ္၀ွမ္းရွိ ကမ္းလြန္ေရနံႏွင့္သဘာ၀ ဓာတ္ေငြ႕လုပ္ကြက္မ်ားရွာေဖြရန္ ၁၉၆၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္စတင္ တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့သည္။

December. Order on establishment of the Pacific Group of Parties issued by Marine Geophysical Operations Department of Scientific Research Institute of Geophysics (VNIIGeofizika), Ministry of Geology of the USSR (later Dalmorneftegeophysica JSC).
1966
Pacific Group of Parties was made a part of Marine Geophysical Operations Department of VNIIGeofizika, Gelendzhik, Ministry of Geology of the USSR ● Analogue oscillographic seismic stations, use of explosives, navigation equipment – RGS “Poisk”.
1967
April: Pacific Marine G&G Expedition was made a part of VNIIMorgeo (Riga), Ministry of Geology of the USSR Research vessel (R/V) “Mirnyi” was transferred to its possession.
1968
Fleet of the company was enriched with R/V “Geolog”.
1969
Company received the first domestic equipment “Louch-1” for analogue geophysical data processing.
1970
Development of gas detonation unit based on the usage of oxygen/hydrogen mixture, which replaced trotyl.
1971
Putting into operation of analogue equipment PSZ-4M, which allowed to save and stack analogue seismic signals. ● Thanks to detailed reflection shooting offshore Sakhalin, eight structures were prepared for exploratory drilling in two years, six of them were accessible for directional drilling from shore. ● Completion of seismic surveys near-shore West Kamchatka, in Terpeniya Bay, in the north-east part of deepwater basin in the Sea of Japan ● Sonar “SPARKER” was developed and put into operation.
1972
Survey works intended to study Rymnikskaya anticlinal fold, shallow zone of the Tatar Strait, Astokh and Chaivo folds and other areas. ● Pacific Expedition consisted of several parties, laboratory and three survey vessels: “Mirnyi”, “Geolog” and “Geofizik”. ● October. Pacific Expedition was made a part of NPO “Yuzhmorgeo”, Krasnodar, Ministry of Geology of the USSR ● Refusal from explosives, transition to non-explosive sources (hydrogen/oxygen mixture gas detonation units).
1973
Introduction of CDP seismic reflection method with non-explosive source. ● Survey operations in Tatar Strait ● Introduction of refraction correlation method with non-explosive source.
1974
Geophysical study of Lugovskaya brachy-anticline lead to discovery of a multi-zone gas field with commercial reserves. ● Establishment of a specialized “MINSK-31”-based processing center. Transition to processing of seismic data acquired by CDP seismic reflection method.
1975
Drilling unit installed onboard S/V “Geofizik” was tested. The first test hole of 16.3 m depth was drilled offshore Sakhalin ● S/V “Poisk” with up-to-date equipment joined the company’s fleet.  Transition to digital seismic recording (complex “Grad”), commencement of operations with air-guns. ● 26 January: General agreement “On cooperation in exploration, fields development and oil & gas production activities offshore Sakhalin” was concluded between the USSR and Japan (“SODECO”). A large part in the program of such cooperation was assigned to the Pacific Expedition.
1976
Pacific Expedition made its first voyage to the World Ocean onboard S/V “Poisk”. Geophysical party acquired 2 thousand running km of integrated geophysical lines. ● Personnel training and probation in CGG and Sercel due to application of new pulse-position navigation systems. ● First contract was concluded with “Sudoimport” company and CGG for carrying out marine exploration works with the usage of M/S “Orion Arctic” in the scope of 10 thousand running km. ● First operations with the French navigation-geophysical complex (CGG) offshore North-East Sakhalin
1977
Personnel training and probation in «Control Date» (USA) and CGG (France) for operation of CYBER-172 processing complex. ● New seismic vessel “Iskatel” was built. ● Prospecting well # 1 (jack-up rig “Borgsten Dolphin”) was drilled in the Odoptu-sea structure identified by the company. As a result, the first major oil and gas condensate field offshore the Sea of Okhotsk was discovered.
1978
Full technical re-equipment of the Pacific Expedition was completed. Radio-navigation systems TORAN-P100 and SYLEDIS with high-accuracy positioning capabilities were put into operation. ● French navigation-geophysical complexes were installed and put into operation onboard S/V “Poisk” and “Iskatel”: seismic stations – SN-338HR; sources – VAPORCHOC and STARJET; radio-navigation systems “JIN” completed with RGS SYLEDIS. ● Re-equipment of the Processing Center: CYBER-172, RDS-500 and TNR-95. Sharp increase in both the efficiency of CDP data processing (up to 50 thousand km) and the information capacity of processing results. Offshore data acquired almost in all seas of the USSR as well as onshore data acquired in Sakhalin, Kamchatka, Chukotka and Primorie were processed.
1979
Pacific Expedition took part in the works on coordination and deployment of jack-up rigs “Hakuri-IV” and “Hakuri-ll” at the drilling locations in Odoptu, Chaivo and Dagi structures. ● In summer, well #1 in Chaivo gas-and-oil field produced commercial oil flow. ● March. Pacific Expedition was made a part of VMNPO “Soyuzmorgeo”, Krasnodar, Ministry of Geology of the USSR
1980
Soviet-Vietnamese agreement on oil exploration offshore Vietnam was signed. Pacific Expedition proceeded to geological engineering surveys offshore Vietnam ● Beginning of processing of data acquired overseas – Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea
1981
Conversion of S/V “Experiment-2” for drilling exploratory holes. ● Pacific Expedition started operations in Vietnam under the contract with “Vietsovpetro”.  Expedition’s fleet included research vessels “Dmitry Sterlegov”, “Iskatel”, “Experiment-2”.
1982
Pacific Expedition got “excellent” mark from the State Reserves Committee of the USSR in the defense of its report based on the results of seismic survey in Chaivo field, which was included in Sakhalin-1 project. ● April. Pacific Expedition was made a part of VMNPO “Soyuzmorgeo”, Murmansk, Ministry of Gas Industry of the USSR
1983
Expedition’s fleet was enlarged by the new S/V “Akademik Gamburtsev” with JMR-21 navigation complex and by the new specialized engineering-geological vessel “Diabaz”, which started her operations in Vietnam ● April. Pacific Expedition was given a new name - Trust “Dalmorneftegeofizika”.
1984
Trust’s canteen for 120 seats as well as assembly hall for 350 seats was put into use; 120-apartment building for personnel with small families was in the course of construction.
1985
First attempt to perform acquisition and CYBER-based processing of 3D data offshore north Sakhalin ● First voyage of Trust’s geophysicists into the East-Siberian Sea (Chukotka) onboard the chartered icebreaker “Fedor Litke”.
1986
In three years, by means of detailed survey and basing on the results of previous research activity offshore North-West Sakhalin, the following structures were prepared for exploratory drilling by the company: Piltun-Astokhskaya, Lunskaya, South-Lunskaya, Kirinskaya, Nabilskaya, Astrakhanoskaya, Nadezhdinskaya, Gavrilevskaya, Isylmetyevskaya and Alexandrovskaya. ● S/V “Akademik Selsky” was added to the company’s fleet. First voyage to Shantar Islands ● 2D seismic survey in Korea, DPR.
1987
S/V “Akademik Goubkin” was built. ● Vertical seismic profiling (VSP) party was organized. ● Contract for geological study of petroleum potential offshore the Yellow Sea was concluded with the Government of Korea, DPR.
1988
Company’s fleet was enriched with S/V «Akademik Kreps”. ● Hewlett Packard-based interpretation system was created. ● April. Trust “Dalmorneftegeofizika” was made a part of PO “Soyuzmorgeo”, Murmansk, Ministry of Petroleum Industry of the USSR
1989
Quadripartite Agreement on the Pacific Voyage “PAKTRAN” was concluded (SakhKNII, DMNG, Hawaii Institute of Geophysics, US Geological Survey). ● 2D seismic survey in Korea, DPR (S/V “Akademik Gamburtsev”) and interpretation of acquired data. ● New specialized vessel “Iskatel-4” was added to the company’s fleet for carrying out the works in shallow transit zones.
1990
Upgrading of S/V “Akademik Kreps”: seismic station - DFS-5, air guns - SLEEVE GNN. ● Well-know voyage to the Chukchi and East-Siberian Seas First multi-client survey in Russia (in cooperation with Halliburton Geophysical Services). 11 800 running km acquired. The data is still unique and the only commercial data in this sector. ● Contract with JV “Vietsovpetro” for radio-geodesic services.
1991
2D survey offshore the Kurils (S/V “Akademik Selsky”). ● S/V “Akademik Gubkin” renamed “Zephyr”. ● Trust “Dalmorneftegeofizika” acquired 26 thousand running km of lines; 19 structures were identified. And altogether, 400 thousand running km of seismic lines were acquired and more than 200 prospective structures were identified from the date when Expedition (and later Trust) started its activity. ● First experience with digital seismic streamer in complex «STARLAB» (S/V “Akademik Gubkin” – S/V «CGG ZEPHYR»).
1992
February. Trust “Dalmorneftegeofizika” was made a part of PO “Soyuzmorgeo”, Murmansk, Ministry of Fuel and Energy of RF. ● American computer CDC-4360 with CGG special software package GEOVECTEURE was put into operation.
1993
IBM-320 was put into operation. SUNSPARK interpretation system for geological interpretation and maps generation was installed.
1994
State financing of field operations was stopped cold. ● Contract for refitting of S/V “Akademik Kreps” with 3D survey equipment was concluded with PGS. The vessel got a new name “Orient Explorer”. ● Contract with Shell – seismic-stratigraphic survey of North-Sakhalin basin was performed. ● IBM-370 with PROMAX processing package was put into operation. Old data reprocessing on the orders from Mobil, Exxon, Marathon
1995
S/V “Akamik Gamburtsev”, S/V “Iskatel” and TBS “Neftegaz-25” were sold. ● Attempts of the government institutions to make the company bankrupt. ● Identified exploration potential as of 1.01.1996 – 220 structures.
1996
Commencement of the company’s four-year activity offshore Norway, England, Ireland under the contract with Nopec. ● 2D works offshore North Africa.
1997
2D works performed by “Orient Explorer” and “Zephyr 1” in South East Asia and in the North Sea
1998
Default in Russia Full and reliable reestablishment of DMNG’s financial solvency.
1999
Upgrading of all company’s departments. Main areas of operation: continental shelves of Norway, Scotland, Portugal, Australia
2000
Operational strategy “Economy and Creation of Prerequisites for Growth”. New procedures and principles of management accounting and planning were established.
2002
Greenland voyage for TGS-Nopec. ● The company gained a record profit over the last 5 years - RUB 55 million.
2003
Leased vessel “Akademik Nalivkin” was equipped and put into operation.
2004
Reorganization of FSUE “Dalmorneftegeofizika” into an open joint-stock company. ● 2D/3D seismic surveys for Petrosakh JSC in transit (shallow water) zone of East-Okruzhnaya area, Sakhalin-6. ● After a ten-year break, state-financed operations were performed by S/V “Zephyr-1” in the Sea of Okhotsk ● Since 1996, more than 16 thousand km2 of 3D survey, i.e. about 90% of the total scope of all marine 3D surveys in Russia, were acquired in cooperation with JV “DMNG PGS AS”. ● DMNG - TGS-Nopec joint multi-client project SA-04 offshore Sakhalin
2005
State contract for carrying out seismic operations over Golygin area offshore Kamchatka ● 2D seismic survey in the Gulf of Anadyr offshore West Kamchatka, clients: NK “Sibneft”, “Kamchatneftegaz” (NK “Rosneft” - KNOC). ● DMNG - TGS-Nopec joint multi-client project SA-05 offshore North-East and East Sakhalin ● Program of geological & geophysical operations for a period till 2015 received environmental seal of approval. ● 2D/3D seismic surveys offshore South-East Asia
2006
State contracts for carrying out seismic operations over Khatyr area in Bering Sea and Shantar area in the Sea of Okhotsk ● 3D survey in East-Schmidt block, offshore North Sakhalin, client: “Vostok-Schmidt Neftegaz” (Rosneft – BP). ● DMNG - TGS-Nopec joint multi-client project SA-06 offshore North-East and East Sakhalin ● Processing Center of DMNG became the largest marine seismic data processing center in Russia ● 2D/3D seismic surveys offshore South-East Asia
2007
With the usage of two vessels, DMNG jointly with PGS Asia Pacific acquired 4,4 thousand km2 of 3D survey, and the total volume of such operations performed by the company (more than 20 thousand km2) exceeded 90% of the volume of all such surveys in Russia ● 2D survey over Khatyr area in Bering Sea and Shantar area in the Sea of Okhotsk ● DMNG - TGS-Nopec joint multi-client project SA-07 offshore East Sakhalin ● 2D/3D seismic surveys offshore South-East Asia ● S/V “Akademik Fersman” was put into operation after conversion. ● 2D/3D seismic surveys offshore South-East Asia

2D survey over Kaigan-Vasukan area in the Sea of Okhotsk for Elvary Nefteagaz (Rosneft-ВР). ● Multi-client projects MG-08 and SMR-08 in the north part of the Okhotsk Sea ● 2D/3D seismic surveys offshore South East Asia. ● In recent years, DMNG has proved to be the most economically viable and dynamically developing marine geophysical company in Russia.
2009
3D survey on Kirinsky area of the Sea of Okhotsk, client - Gazflot (Gazprom) 3D survey on Kaigan-Vasukan area of the Sea of Okhotsk, client – Elvary Nefteagz (Rosneft - BP). ● Regional 2 DV profile in the Sea of Okhotsk, client – Sevmorgeo, ● 3D seismic surveys offshore Asia Pacific. ● Arrangement and conduction of scientific and practical conference “Geological structure and hydrocarbon potential offshore the Russian Far East”. ● In the framework of Mega Report “Geological structure and hydrocarbon potential of the Russian Far East shelf” a volume on East Arctic has been conpleted.
